Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships, including tracking information.

2. Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days
• Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders

3. Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. We do not yet offer international shipping or delivery to P.O. boxes in some locations. Please check your address at checkout.

4. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

5. Order cancellations

You can cancel an order at no charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number; if the order hasn't shipped, we will cancel it and refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it can be returned under our Refund Policy.

6. Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has shipped.

7. Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
